What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first appointment will include a detailed evaluation: we’ll review your health history, perform a comprehensive physical and spinal assessment, and discuss your goals together. Based on the findings, Dr. DiOrio will propose a personalized care plan and we’ll schedule your follow-up(s).
Are your treatments safe?
Absolutely. Every treatment is delivered by a licensed professional using proven methods. We adhere to stringent safety protocols and individualize care to your condition and comfort level.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
During your evaluation we’ll identify the underlying cause of your symptoms. From there, I’ll recommend the treatment(s) — perhaps a spinal adjustment, decompression, cold laser therapy or a combination. You’ll always be informed and involved in the decision-making process.
Is there any downtime after treatments?
Most patients are able to resume normal activities right away. Some treatments may result in mild soreness or fatigue for 24 hours — but we’ll always advise you on what to expect post-care.
How often should I schedule treatments?
It depends on your condition, goals and response. Acute issues often require more frequent visits initially (2-3 times/week), then taper to maintenance. Performance or wellness clients may choose monthly check-ups once stable. We’ll review progress regularly and adjust the plan accordingly.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes — we offer flexible care packages and membership plans to suit ongoing wellness or performance goals. We’ll discuss all options during your initial consultation so you can choose what works best for your budget and objectives.
